These man hole covers were removed and then put back without attention to the lines that had been printed on hem. I liked the simplicity of the graphics with the overture that "man" had been there.

All these images are part of an on going "Industrial" series. I am not actively seeking out industrial site but merely finding places that appeal to my graphic sensibilities and photographing them. The connection for me is nteresting in that at the very beginning of my interest in photography, I did work that was similar to these pictures.
Now I understand myself more and my motivation and interests more. They are an interesting adjunct to my architectural work, which is what I do professionally.
